WHO WE ARE

Meso is the creation of Chef Bayardo, whose 15+ years in the culinary world have taken him from corporate fine dining and private events to managing bustling kitchens and crafting flavors as a personal chef. A graduate of the Art Institute with a Bachelor’s in Culinary Management, Chef Bayardo draws inspiration from his Honduran roots while infusing techniques and ingredients discovered during his travels across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Central America.

Our flavors are deeply tied to the ancient culinary heritage of Mesoamerica—where chili peppers, maize, and flavor-forward sauces originated thousands of years ago. By honoring these roots and embracing bold, handcrafted methods, Meso Sauces carry forward the spirit of Mesoamerica with every fiery, flavorful drop.
